注册公司名的经历
新年开始， 因生意发展我们现公司需要注册一个新的DBA(Doing business as)。 做生意二十年，注册公司名(Fictitious business name)是熟门熟路，以前只要检索下公司名，别人没在用，填个 申请表就行。但2015年后，申请人除了填表，还需要宣誓或公证申请人的身份。为了省时间，我选用了邮寄申请，将申请表，宣誓公 证书及$26申请费邮寄去了县登记/记录部。以为很简单的事， 等了一个多月没有消息，打电话去问，才知登记部至今没收到我的申请，看来是寄丢了。
因为新的DBA银行账号已开, 银行追着我要注册资料，前天只好起个大早，亲自去登记部门办理。 南加交通实在是差，半个小时的路程开了一个多小时，但意外的是， 登记公司名的地方竞不用排队。递表，交身份证，交钱，糟糕，忘了 带作为申请者的现在公司(Corporation)资料, 看来得回去取, 又得浪费两个小时了。 给我办理登记的是位黑人小姐，看我着急的样子，就说我帮你上网打印一份 ，但下次一定记得带。解决了这个问题后，前后不到十分钟就完成 了登记，最后还需要做的就是登报四星期了(每星期一次)。驾车回来的路上，心情顿时开朗。想起数年前最后一次跟中国衙门打交道是去中国大使馆申请签证，等了一整天，终于轮到我们 ，办事员面无表情看了一下申请资料后说，你护照复印缺了一页， 明天补齐了再来。看她旁边有台复印机，我们就说， 能不能付钱用手上护照复印那页，办事员厉声说， 你们无权使用那台复印机。来美二十多年， 我去过美国不同衙门办事无数，大部分官员会公事公办，对人不会太热情，主动额外帮忙的也不多，但会细心给你解释清楚，复印从不是问题，更从未遇到过早年在国内或使馆常见故意刁难人的事。

Took about a month to arrive in Canada. However I am really impressed and surprised at the quality and value of these ** 2, I ordered the ANC (active noise cancellation) best quality ones. I was expecting some wireless earbuds that looked like real **. What I got was a perfect reproduction (or maybe actual ** made by the real manufacturers). The packaging was identical and sealed. The headphones and case look and feel exactly the same. They sounds great, and all the touch features (volume stop skip) work too. Even the noise cancellation works great. But the most insane part is that my iPhone 11, iOS 16.5.1 identifies and thinks they are real with all the features available. It even says they have **Care + with full coverage until next year. I don’t know if even ** can tell the difference, but I wouldn’t try. I don’t know how they can sell this for 90% less that the same thing on ** Store, but I’m not complaining. I am totally blown away and satisfied

I read a review where they ordered a pair and had to size up . I’m typically an 8US and Sized up to a 40E and they are slightly too big. I should have stuck with a 39.

Wouldn’t order from this seller ever again. Ordered this bag 5 weeks before a wedding I was attending and it didn’t arrive in time, even though it was advertised as shipping within 72 hours. Once it finally did come, the strap was broken and the labels were already wearing off. The logo on the front is also obviously fake.
